This site is run by Jim Driver, writer and journalist. Jim worked for ‘Time Out’ (London) from 1989-2005, where he wrote a regular pub review column plus the weekly features ‘Disappearing London’ and ‘London Lives’. He also reviewed crime fiction and Indian restaurants. Jim’s writing also appeared in ‘Oz’, ‘International Times’, ‘The Guardian’, ‘Observer’, ‘Independent’, ‘Independent on Sunday’, ‘Times’, Mojo’ and ‘Bedfordshire on Sunday’, amongst many others, and he won the William Gibbs Prize for Outstanding Writing in 1997.
Jim also wrote and edited the books ‘Rock Talk’, ‘Funny Talk’, ‘The Mammoth Book of Sex Drugs & Rock & Roll’ and (under the name of Martin
